Here are some other things you will need



Constructing your portable station:

This portable radio station will look like an ordinary tackle box.

1). Secure your battery (described on page 1) in the rear center of the tackle box.

2). Secure the Transmitter in the front top of the tackle box.

3). Carefully trim three small holes (detailed below) at the closeing lip.

4). Install a good quality speaker in the box. (this is the latest reccomendation)

The closeing lip is where the top and the bottom of the box meet when closed.

a). One on the left side (just large enough to let your dipole wire exit the box.

b). One on the right side (just large enough to let your dipole wire exit the box.

c). One in the front of the box (just large enough to let the (used to be mic) speaker wire exit the box.

When installing your components in the tackle box
be sure and leave enough room for the following:

Your Rope, Your Fishing Line, Your Insulators and Your Microphone.

If all goes well you will have room for a few tapes and cd's.
